Compter son stock dans Dolibarr demande de créer un inventaire, de le valider, de parcourir des lignes et de saisir des quantités écran par écran. C'est assez lourd pour qu'on le repousse — et l'inventaire finit par se faire une fois par an, quand il se fait. Entre-temps le stock dérive sans qu'on le sache : les ventes partent sur des quantités fausses, les réappros aussi, et l'écart découvert douze mois plus tard est devenu impossible à expliquer.
Counting stock in Dolibarr means creating an inventory, validating it, going through lines and typing quantities screen by screen. That's heavy enough to be postponed — so inventory ends up happening once a year, if at all. Meanwhile stock drifts unnoticed: sales go out on wrong quantities, so do replenishments, and the gap you find twelve months later can no longer be explained.
Un seul écran. Vous passez la douchette sur tout ce que vous voyez, vous cliquez sur Analyser : le module reconnaît chaque code, devine l'entrepôt, et affiche ce que vous avez compté, ce que Dolibarr croyait avoir, et l'écart. Un dernier bouton corrige le stock. Comme compter un rayon prend trois minutes, on le fait souvent — une allée cette semaine, la réserve la suivante — et l'inventaire complet ne sert plus qu'à confirmer ce qu'on sait déjà.
One single screen. You run the scanner over everything you see, click Analyze: the module recognizes each code, works out the warehouse, and shows what you counted, what Dolibarr thought it had, and the gap. One last button corrects the stock. Because counting an aisle takes three minutes, you do it often — one aisle this week, the back room next — and the full inventory only confirms what you already know.

En partiel, seuls les produits que vous avez scannés sont ajustés — c'est le mode du quotidien, celui d'un rayon ou d'un placard. En complet, tout ce qui n'a pas été scanné dans l'entrepôt passe à zéro : à réserver au grand comptage, une ou deux fois par an.
In partial mode, only the products you scanned are adjusted — the everyday mode, for one aisle or one cupboard. In full mode, everything not scanned in the warehouse goes to zero: keep it for the big count, once or twice a year.
Au contraire : le module crée un véritable inventaire Dolibarr et le clôture normalement. Mouvements de stock, PMP et historique restent ceux de Dolibarr — vous les retrouvez à leur place habituelle.
Quite the opposite: the module creates a genuine Dolibarr inventory and closes it normally. Stock movements, weighted average price and history stay Dolibarr's own — you find them exactly where you expect.
Cette version ne les gère pas. Ils sont reconnus, signalés à l'écran, et laissés strictement intacts : un inventaire par scan ne modifiera jamais leur stock par erreur.
This version doesn't handle them. They are recognised, reported on screen, and left strictly untouched: a scan inventory will never change their stock by mistake.
Oui, et c'est même recommandé : chacun son allée, chacun son inventaire partiel. Le module vous prévient si quelqu'un scanne le même entrepôt, et vous alerte franchement si vous lancez un inventaire complet pendant ce temps.
Yes, and it's even recommended: one aisle each, one partial inventory each. The module tells you if someone is scanning the same warehouse, and warns you plainly if you start a full inventory meanwhile.
